A leading global fintech company is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join its growing product and engineering team. This company is driving innovation in digital finance, delivering crypto-based solutions that help organizations move value efficiently and reliably.
This is a high-impact, hands-on product management role for someone who wants visibility, ownership, and influence. Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and strategy, this position plays a critical role in leading cross-functional programs, designing scalable systems, and ensuring teams deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions. This will be a hybrid onsite/remote position near San Francisco, CA. OR Manhattan, NY. As such, only candidates local to these areas will be considered.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—someone who can partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders while driving technical decisions and removing obstacles to accelerate development.
General Responsibilities:
- Lead large, complex programs across product and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and customer needs.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans and scalable solutions.
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to keep programs on track.
- Develop frameworks, dashboards, and metrics to guide decision-making and monitor progress.
- Influence operational excellence processes across multiple teams and programs.
- Mentor and inspire other Technical Product Managers to foster high-performing teams.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of program or product management experience in enterprise technology environments.
- Extensive experience with digital assets (Blockchain and Cryptocurrency).
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive alignment across complex projects.
- Hands-on experience with software development processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project planning tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decisions and monitor project health.
- Experience architecting or designing systems for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Knowledge of payments, custody, stablecoin, or blockchain platforms is highly desirable.
Compensation Package:
- $200k–$300k base salary (depending on experience and location)
