What You Will Be Doing as the Internal Auditor:
- Be a contributor and eventually a potential leader in the success of the SOX programs
- Opportunities to present audit results to various members of senior management during the course of audits/reviews, enhancing Internal Audits exposure throughout the organization
- Strong ability to develop business relationships with business stakeholders, and work jointly with members of the I/A team in the US, Mexico, UK, and Australia.
- Use data analytics tools to dig deep and uncover meaningful insights
- Follow up with management on previous audit findings to ensure action plans have been completed.
- Champion the company’s core values, including ownership, humility, and simplicity in everything you do
About You as the Internal Auditor:
- 3 years of accounting experience, including 1 years in an Internal Audit role
- Bachelor’s degree required with Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
- String Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
- Experience with SAP
- A clear communicator, team collaborator, and sharp thinker who thrives in a fast-paced and high-accountability culture
- Willing to travel on occasion and excited to grow your audit career in a global setting
