High Country is partnering with a real estate firm on their Executive Assistant search. This individual will support 3 executives in a fast paced environment. This position offers generous compensation, a fantastic team and work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization to maximize executive efficiency
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, investors, and partners
- Draft, edit, and manage communications, including highly confidential materials
- Plan and manage logistics for meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to keep executives on schedule
- Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting documentation for key initiatives
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
- Manage expense reporting and administrative tracking
- Plan and execute corporate events, including company-wide meetings, town halls, and holiday events
- Support off-site retreats and leadership meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and cloud-based systems
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
