Our client is a leading real estate firm and is searching for a Marketing Specialist to implement marketing strategies in their Breckenridge office. This person will work directly with leadership to help them develop strategies, successfully master their tools and initiatives, and ensure their marketing efforts are optimized.
The ideal candidate has a well-rounded marketing background and understands the basic principles of print, digital, direct mail, social media, and email marketing. Additionally, they should be a strong public speaker with outstanding interpersonal and project management skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated, solution-oriented go-getter who can work independently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional marketing support, including problem-solving, training, insights, and recommendations to advisors and support staff daily
- Identify advisors’ business needs and help develop and implement marketing strategies inclusive of print, direct mail, social media, email, digital and event channels.
- Spearhead office sponsorship and community opportunities, including marketing and advertising efforts, advisor engagement, and more
- Serve as a liaison between advisors and the rest of the Marketing team to ensure requests are
- communicated and deliverables are coordinated accurately, efficiently, and effectively
- Present marketing updates at weekly sales meetings, both in person and virtually.
- Manage the marketing-related onboarding process for new advisors in a seamless, streamlined way
- Work closely with the marketing production team members to ensure cohesive and
- collaborative customer service to all our agents
Required Skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills: Must be extremely responsive, with an innate ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to see complicated projects through to completion
- Excellent problem solver – A relentless focus on improving the customer experience
- Solid understanding of marketing channels and platforms, including social, digital, email, and paid advertising
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices
- Experience working in real estate a plus
- Experience working in Adobe InDesign a plus
