I have been asked to identify a high-performing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul manager for a small but growing aviation company.

What we need:
- A proven track record of revenue growth within a services delivery company, such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Automotive, or Construction, in a company with at least $5 million in revenue.
- You need excellent management skills and at least 8 direct reports.
- Ability to read Financial Statements and P&L forecasting models and present to a board
- Cost Accounting acumen
- Ingenuity - how can you do more with less?
- Experience around gross margin improvement and understanding of EBITDA
- At least 8 years of experience in the above areas
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
