Staff Accountant
Join my client’s dynamic accounting team and play a key role in keeping financial operations accurate, timely, and compliant. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact across GL, cash management, AP, and tax while partnering with internal teams, members, and vendors in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare GL reconciliations, journal entries, schedules, and month-end close support
- Manage cash application and reconcile bank accounts to the GL
- Process invoices, expense reports, payments, and vendor research
- Prepare and file sales/use tax returns
- Review monthly benefits invoices for accuracy
- Partner with accounting, operations, members, and vendors to resolve issues
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Strong ERP experience; D365 Business Central preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Comfortable shifting between priorities in a fast-paced small-company environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
