As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners. Whether they’re facing an urgent system failure in the middle of winter or exploring a high-efficiency geothermal installation, you’ll help deliver a “wow” experience for that customer at first touch.

Essential functions
- Keep the sales pipeline moving by coordinating, tracking, and organizing qualified opportunities
- Guide new inquiries from first contact into the active sales pipeline with professionalism and urgency
- Support proposal follow-ups, reporting, and performance tracking
- Maintain clean, accurate, and reliable data within CRM systems (great decisions start with great data!)
- Assist with proposal follow-up, reporting, and performance tracking
- Collaborate regularly with marketing, sales operations, and business development teams
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support and customer outreach
- Experience with advanced CRM platforms or sales tools
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Relevant fields may include Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Base Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000
