What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Stillfried Design?
We are seeking a motivated individual for a Sales Coordinator position in NYC. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the sales team to drive sales and offer an incomparable experience for all clients. The sales coordinator will work closely with designers, dealers, and agents to help guide them through our vast furniture offering. This is a great opportunity to grow into a consultative sales role.
You will:
- Proactively identify and qualify leads in partnership with the Sales Representative.
- Schedule and attend presentations and meetings with architects, designers, dealers, developers, end users, and other high priority prospects.
- Represent Stillfried Wien at industry events, meetings, and tradeshows (occasional travel).
- Develop creative sales strategies and collateral to reach high-priority prospects.
- Develop, issue, and revise quotes in partnership with office administration.
- Regularly assess market needs and trends and share your insight at strategy meetings.
- Manage the sales pipeline and database through Workbooks (CRM)

You bring:
- A passion for design and an eagerness/enthusiasm to be a part of the NYC design community.
- Sales experience, preferably in the furniture/luxury brands/design industry.
- A proven ability to identify sales opportunities, convert prospects to customers, and close the sale.
- High degree of professionalism, accuracy, and persistence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to small and large crowds of designers, developers, dealers, end users.
- A network of contacts within the interior design and contemporary furniture industry a plus.
- Must be based in NYC or willing to commute daily.
