Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and execute commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
You’ll play a critical role in coordinating field operations, managing teams, and ensuring every project meets safety, quality, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee commercial roofing projects from planning through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Lead and supervise crews, subcontractors, and field teams
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor job costs and ensure projects stay within budget
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
- Enforce OSHA and safety compliance across all job sites
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Identify risks and proactively solve project challenges
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing project management experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and expectations
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
