We are partnered with a well-established commercial roofing contractor that is continuing to grow and looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage roofing projects from kickoff through closeout
- Oversee both high-volume program work and more complex commercial projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules
- Review scopes, contracts, and project details prior to execution
- Lead project handoff meetings with internal teams
- Ensure permitting, documentation, and timelines are aligned
- Conduct field verifications and assess existing roof conditions
- Handle submittals, product approvals, and material coordination
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project
- Experience managing commercial roofing projects
- Strong understanding of various roofing systems and assemblies
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working with field teams, subs, and customers
- Experience with tools like Procore or similar project management systems is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to drive projects forward
