We are partnered with a growing construction organization seeking a Boom Operator / Crane Operator to support field operations on commercial roofing and construction projects. This role is primarily local, with occasional overnight travel depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate boom trucks and cranes to lift, move, and position materials on active job sites
• Support roofing and construction crews with material placement and logistics
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections
• Ensure all lifts are completed safely and in compliance with job site requirements
• Coordinate closely with field teams, foremen, and project leadership
• Maintain equipment and report any issues or needed repairs
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of crane/boom operating experience in a construction environment
• TSS Endorsement (Crane License) required
• Class B CDL preferred
• Strong understanding of job site safety and operational awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in commercial roofing or construction settings
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed (project-based)
