Job Description:
- Conduct tours of the property and available units for potential tenants.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about available units, property features, and lease terms.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media posts, and community outreach to attract prospective tenants.
- Prepare and review lease agreements with new tenants, explaining terms and conditions.
- Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of all tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure units and common areas are well-maintained.
- Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure the timely completion of repairs and maintenance requests.
- Process rent payments and follow up on late payments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Persuasive sales abilities to convert leads into leases.
- Familiarity with property management software and office applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail for record-keeping and lease management.
