Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury high-rise condominium community.
- Conduct daily property inspections to ensure the building, amenities, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Identify maintenance concerns proactively and implement timely solutions to preserve the property's appearance and value.
- Supervise on-site staff, including maintenance, administrative, concierge, and other team members, fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
- Coordinate, source, and manage contractors and vendors, including obtaining competitive bids, negotiating contracts, and monitoring work quality and completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, Board members, vendors, and service providers while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prepare for and attend Board of Directors meetings, providing operational updates and recommendations as needed.
- Assist with budgeting, capital improvement projects, vendor contracts, and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with association governing documents, company policies, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation related to operations, vendors, and property management activities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with Boards of Directors and residents.
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Vantaca, CINC Systems, Enumerate, AppFolio, or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
