Position: Apartment Porter

Location: Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Riverview, Brandon and surrounding areas

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm

HH Staffing is seeking an Apartment Porter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support unit turns and general property upkeep.
• Monitor property conditions and ensure a clean environment.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns promptly.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs consistently.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining property appearance.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
