What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Heron Wolf?
$120k – $140k base bonus | Trophy Class A Office | High-profile asset
An opportunity to manage a trophy, Class A office asset in a prime urban location under institutional ownership.
This is a true property management role with full operational responsibility and a strong emphasis on service, professionalism, and presentation. The tenant base is sophisticated, expectations are high, and the building is operated to institutional standards.
If you’re currently managing a solid asset but feel constrained by process, limited exposure, or lack of autonomy, this represents a step up in both profile and responsibility.
The building is well known and highly visible, supported by a professional ownership group with clear standards and expectations. There is strong internal support, but accountability for day-to-day performance sits squarely with this role.
You would have full operational oversight of the building, manage tenant relationships and service delivery, oversee vendors, contracts, and budgets, coordinate with ownership and internal stakeholders, and ensure the asset is operated to the highest standard.
This tends to suit experienced Class A office Property Managers with institutional or trophy asset exposure and a service-driven, detail-oriented mindset.
We appreciate it’s hard to get the full picture from a job advert, so if you’d like to explore this properly, we’re happy to have a confidential conversation and talk through next steps.
