Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, NY. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant and owner communications, coordination of building maintenance, compliance requirements, property inspections, and budget tracking. This role involves ensuring seamless communication between property owners, residents, and service providers, as well as resolving owner and tenant concerns and maintaining compliance with local regulations. The Property Manager will also collaborate with contractors to oversee repairs and renovations, and assist with financial reporting and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Property Management expertise including owner and tenant relations, board meeting management, fulfillment of compliance requirements, vendor and project management, and property inspections.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple properties and handling maintenance requests effectively.
