Account Director – Facilities Management | Global Portfolio (Americas, EMEA & APAC) | $155k - $170k base | Atlanta, GA

• Senior, client-facing role leading delivery across a global FM account tied to a major institutional investment platform
• Direct exposure to senior stakeholders, operating close to decision-making and client strategy
• Ownership of performance, delivery, and consistency across a multi-region portfolio (Americas, EMEA & APAC)
• High-visibility position driving standards, partner alignment, and service evolution at scale

We see this suiting a commercially aware, senior FM operator coming from a service provider or institutional environment who understands the complexity of multi-region delivery and is looking to step into a role with broader ownership and visibility. This is not a single-site or regional position, it’s global oversight with accountability across teams, partners, and client relationships.

Day-to-day, you will act as the primary point of contact for the client, driving performance across service delivery, cost, and operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for aligning FM strategy with wider business objectives, improving processes and standards, and ensuring risk, compliance, and budgets are managed effectively.

This is for someone comfortable operating at a senior level, able to manage complexity, influence stakeholders, and bring structure and clarity across a global platform.
