This is not a passive acquisitions seat. It is a senior, market-facing role responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, underwriting transactions, managing due diligence, and helping to drive investment decisions across industrial real estate.

The focus is on finding compelling industrial opportunities across select East Coast markets. The right person will know how to assess a market, test the assumptions, understand the downside risk, and clearly explain why a deal does or does not make sense. Day-to-day, the role will involve building deal flow, underwriting opportunities, coordinating diligence, reviewing deal materials, supporting negotiations, and working closely with internal teams across investment, development, legal, finance, and asset management.

This is for someone who can operate credibly in the market, bring discipline to underwriting, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. Strong technical ability matters, but so does judgment, presence, and the ability to build confidence around an investment recommendation.

Ideal background would likely include 8 years of real estate investment experience, with direct exposure to industrial acquisitions, underwriting, diligence, transaction execution, and market strategy.
