- Strong Accounting Proficiency – Solid understanding of accounting practices, billing, reporting, and job costing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Process Champion – Ability to assess and improve processes for optimal efficiency and compliance.
- Reporting Accuracy - Proficient with accounting software and digital tools to support data accuracy and departmental success.
- Team Collaborator – Works cross-functionally to support day-to day operations, customer satisfaction, and internal workflows
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or 5 years in an accounting role
- Skilled in budgeting, reporting, billing, collections, and contract processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience supporting growing teams and improving workflows
- Maintains confidentiality and accuracy in all financial data
