Client Success Manager – Tax and Accounting Office- Olathe, KS
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are a growing firm providing accounting, tax, payroll and financial services to our clients. We are seeking a professional to fill the role for a seasonal Client Success Manager in our Olathe office. You will handle the front office functions of a tax preparation firm from answering the phones, greeting customers, setting appointments, processing customer payments and many other tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ensure confidentiality and provide excellent service to promote repeat business
Answering phones and greeting customers
Organizing, filing and scanning documents
Willingness to learn about the accounting and tax industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
1 years’ experience in administrative assistant role preferred.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred.
Bookkeeping, Accounting, and/or Payroll experience is a bonus.
