Customer Service & Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage company phone texts and email communications.
- Greet customers and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist showroom customers with product questions and purchases.
- Maintain and update showroom pricing and product information.
- Distribute vendor checks and manage daily mail collection.
- Oversee office supply inventory and restocking.
- Track and manage customer gift bags, holiday cards, and referral gifts.
- Keep office spaces, kitchen, and common areas clean and organized.
- Assist in receipt audits and office record-keeping.
- Support vehicle pass distribution and apparel inventory management.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software and office systems.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
