Job Title: Part-Time Insurance Receptionist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Part-Time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Insurance Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing communications, and identifying opportunities to better serve clients. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in person and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Make outbound calls to clients regarding policy updates, renewals, and account reviews
- Assist customers with general questions about their insurance accounts
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on client needs
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Support the team with administrative tasks and office organization
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients both in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
