Position Details
- Location: Charleston, SC
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Reports To: Operations Manager
Route & Service Oversight
- Address customer complaints and provide swift resolutions.
- Conduct follow-ups, audits, and training sessions with technicians.
- Ensure all pools in the assigned territory are cleaned and serviced properly.
- Onboard new customers and oversee maintenance estimates.
- Perform daily check-ins with trainees and trainers.
- Conduct weekly training seminars for pool cleaners.
- Ensure truck and equipment inspections are completed weekly.
- Audit technician test kits and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
- Perform pool evaluations and necessary repairs.
- Upsell and recommend equipment improvements when needed.
- Participate in daily meetings to review problem pools and service issues.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager, Service Manager, and Maintenance Coordinator to improve processes.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pool maintenance or service.
- Knowledge of pool startups and 28-day maintenance cycles.
- Service Tech Level I & II knowledge preferred.
- LSI/Orenda Water Chemistry Training (or willingness to complete).
- Pentair University Training (or willingness to complete).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
