What you will be doing
The Driver at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo (HCK) plays a key role in providing safe, reliable transportation for our residents. Using company vehicles, this position supports both on-campus and off-campus travel, ensuring residents arrive at appointments, group outings, and special events comfortably and on time. The Driver also helps coordinate transportation schedules and may provide additional support to Independent Living residents and staff as needed.
This role is responsible for maintaining clean, well-kept community vehicles and consistently demonstrating safe, responsible driving practices. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience for the residents we serve.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience in transportation, customer service, or senior services preferred.
- Valid Michigan driver's license required.
- Chauffeur’s license required within 30 days of hire.
