Digital Growth & Revenue Lead Digital Marketing | Demand Generation | Data Driven Growth
A well established equipment dealer in the Northeast is modernizing its marketing function, and we're looking for a digital growth leader to own the strategy, execution, and results. The goal is to turn the website into a real revenue engine and build the processes, data, and funnels that drive qualified pipeline at scale.
What You'll Own
- Digital strategy and execution. Own how prospects find, engage with, and convert through the company's digital presence, with the website as the primary funnel.
- Process and systems. Build out the data infrastructure, reporting, and workflows that connect marketing activity to sales outcomes.
- Funnel performance. Clean up existing funnels, double lead volume in year one, and create a repeatable model for ongoing growth.
- Collaboration across teams. Work closely with the Director of Marketing and executive leadership to align digital efforts with broader revenue goals.
- Continuous optimization. Analyze user behavior, test improvements, and iterate on what moves the needle.
What You Bring
- Degree in marketing or a related field preferred, with a demonstrated track record in digital marketing, demand gen, or growth roles.
- Comfort operating at the data level. You enjoy being behind the screen, digging into numbers, and turning insights into action.
- Experience with website optimization, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and funnel management.
- A builder's mindset. You've taken something from scattered to structured, or from good to great.
- Motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working autonomously in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
- Industry experience is open. B2B or industrial backgrounds are a plus but not required.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
