Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid) – Industrial Solutions

- Kansas City, MO
- Hybrid schedule: 3–4 days in office
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within targeted accounts
- Schedule qualified meetings for outside sales representatives
- Support pipeline development through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach
- Utilize prospecting and data tools to identify high-value opportunities
- Collaborate closely with field sales to drive revenue growth
- Attend customer meetings in the field when geographically feasible
- Track activity and performance metrics related to meetings set and revenue influenced
