Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily production to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 48 production employees to achieve performance objectives.
- Monitor workflow, materials, and equipment to maintain consistent output.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Contribute to process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment required.
- Background in automotive interiors, textiles, or convertible top/headliner production is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team while maintaining high production standards.

- Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
