Position Overview
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who understands manufacturing customers and knows how to support complex automotive programs. You’ll manage RFQs, coordinate projects, and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys keeping programs moving smoothly from quote to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive customers.
- Prepare, track, and follow up on part and mold quotations.
- Coordinate tooling and engineering projects across production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Communicate customer requirements and updates clearly and accurately.
- Review feasibility, documentation, and design changes with internal stakeholders.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate RFQ logs, project trackers, and CRM data.
- Participate in daily and monthly sales meetings; support planning and reporting efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven inside sales or account management experience in manufacturing.
- Experience supporting Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive clients is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Stable work history and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
