Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation

A growing litigation practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build on their litigation experience while taking on greater responsibility in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, conferences, and settlement negotiations
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and other parties
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York and/or Connecticut Bar
• Experience in personal injury, civil litigation, insurance defense, or a related practice area
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple matters and working independently
• Strong interest in developing as a trial attorney
