IT Onsite Technician

Job Description

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with desktop support, and delivers excellent customer service while working directly at client sites.Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheralsDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesInstall, configure, and maintain IT systems and applicationsMaintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment trackingCommunicate effectively with clients, teams, and managementSupport project rollouts and deployments

Requirements

Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in Desktop IT supportKnowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsTechnical certifications such as A or Network are preferredFlexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as neededFamiliarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applicationsThis role is an Hourly Non- Exempt position with a targeted hourly range of $22 – $26 USD hourly, based on experience and skillsets.
