Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Field Engineers and ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure service level agreements are achieved
- Develop and implement service delivery processes and improvements
- Collaborate with clients to meet service expectations and business needs
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with service, safety, and quality standards
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in service delivery management or a similar role
- Experience managing a field engineering team on a nationwide level
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure and network systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar
- This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $31 -$36 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
