Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management Support project rollouts and deploymentsRequirements
2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or print/hardware environmentsHands-on experience supporting printers, peripherals, and end-user hardwareStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networkingAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Windows OS and common enterprise applicationsExperience working in field or client-facing support environments is preferredValid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sitesThis role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $23 - $28 USD, based on experience and skillsets.Company Description
