The bank utilizes Axiom as its primary regulatory reporting platform and Workiva for financial and regulatory reporting. A key focus of this effort is automating regulatory reporting and building a sustainable, centralized operating model.

The bank utilizes Axiom as its primary regulatory reporting platform and Workiva for financial and regulatory reporting. A key focus of this effort is automating regulatory reporting and building a sustainable, centralized operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Workiva to support regulatory and financial reporting needs
- Partner with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Data teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into effective Workiva configurations
- Support integration efforts between Axiom and Workiva to streamline reporting workflows
- Help reduce manual BAU effort by standardizing data inputs and improving upstream data quality
- Contribute to the build?out of a scalable, sustainable regulatory reporting operating model
- Hands?on Workiva configuration experience (product?minded configurator; not a purely technical builder)
- Strong Finance and regulatory reporting background
- Domain experience in one or more of the following:
- Loans & leases
- Deposits
- Investment securities
- Former Business Analysts or requirements leads with deep regulatory or finance domain expertise
- Ability to operate at the intersection of business, regulatory, and technology teams
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory reporting processes and controls
