The team is moving away from fragmented, manual reporting processes toward a centralized, scalable, and regulatory?ready data foundation that feeds Axiom.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Axiom to support automated regulatory reporting
- Partner with Finance, Data, and Technology stakeholders to align requirements to Axiom capabilities
- Help rationalize and standardize regulatory data inputs from centralized sources (e.g., Snowflake, FDI, UCL)
- Reduce manual BAU reporting effort by improving upstream data quality and consistency
- Support the build?out of a sustainable, scalable regulatory reporting model
- Hands?on experience configuring Axiom (not purely technical development)
- Strong background in Finance and regulatory reporting
- Domain experience in one or more of the following:
- Loans & leases
- Deposits
- Investment securities
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Former Business Analysts or requirements leads with deep regulatory or finance domain expertise
- Candidates with a product/solution mindset rather than purely technical builders
