Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Axiom Regulatory Reporting Analyst/Developer to support a major modernization initiative within our banking client’s Finance division. This role will play a critical part in transforming regulatory reporting by helping move from fragmented, manual processes to a centralized, automated, and scalable data foundation.
This position is 100% remote (EST working hours required) with occasional travel (approximately every other month).

Our large banking client’s Finance organization is undergoing a strategic transformation of its regulatory reporting capabilities. Currently, reporting processes rely heavily on manual data aggregation, siloed systems, and fragmented workflows. The goal is to establish a centralized data ecosystem and deliver standardized, regulatory-ready data into Axiom.
Additionally, the integration of Workiva with Axiom will streamline financial and regulatory reporting by connecting planning, budgeting, and forecasting data into a unified reporting framework. This role will be instrumental in enabling that transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Product Traceability
- Own end-to-end traceability for a specific product domain (e.g., loans, deposits, securities, or derivatives).
- Map and validate how data flows across multiple regulatory reports, including:
- FR Y-9C / Call Report, FR 2052a, FR 2028D, FDIC 370, FR 2900, FR 2644, FR 2420, FR Y-14 series
- Axiom Platform Expertise
- Diagnose and resolve Axiom data, model, and processing errors.
- Configure and maintain shorthands and portfolios.
- Build and enhance Axiom workflows, models, and aggregations.
- Data & Process Transformation
- Support the migration to a centralized data foundation, ensuring Axiom receives consistent, high-quality, regulatory-ready data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce manual processes and improve automation across reporting workflows.
- Senior-level experience (not entry or mid-level) with a strong mix of:
- Axiom Regulatory Reporting analysis and development
- Deep subject matter expertise in at least one product area:
- Loans, Deposits, Securities, or Derivatives
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. banking regulatory reporting, including familiarity with most of the following:
- FR Y-9C / Call Report, FR 2052a, FR 2028D, FDIC 370, FR 2900, FR 2644, FR 2420, FR Y-14 series
- Proven ability to:
- Troubleshoot Axiom issues
- Configure shorthands and portfolios
- Develop workflows and manage data models/aggregations
- Banking industry experience is required
- Experience working with centralized data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle Cloud)
- Familiarity with Workiva integration or financial reporting platforms
- Experience supporting regulatory transformation or modernization programs
