What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align production plans with maintenance, quality, and supply chain priorities
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals
- Develop and support team members through coaching, training, and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
- Strong operational and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and functions
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Adaptability and accountability in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
