What You'll Be Doing
- Operate haul units safely and efficiently to move materials across the site
- Perform routine equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs
- Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a safe work culture
- Support production goals by transporting materials in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
- Capability to work effectively in fast‑paced, outdoor industrial environments
- Reliable communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Successful candidate must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
