What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.
- Build a high‑performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development.
- Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, MSHA safety, and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.
- Partner with sales, logistics, local stakeholders, regulators and the surrounding community.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field, preferred.
- Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control and performance metrics.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
- Sound operational judgment and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of crushing and screening operations, mobile/heavy equipment and maintenance practices.
- Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous learning.
