Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth workflow across the office.
The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, especially when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of emails in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including confidential documents and lab results
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting, tracking, and documentation
- Ensure all records are properly filed, categorized, and easily accessible
- Coordinate office workflows, scheduling, and task prioritization
- Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed
- Maintain overall office organization and ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
