What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Clerk I position at Heat and Control, Inc.?
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares daily bank deposits, reviews for accuracy.
- Apply payments to open invoices.
- Maintains accounts receivable ledger, files and records.
- Assists with monthly closings, journal entries and bank statement reconciliation.
Qualifications
- AA degree, technical school degree, and one year accounting experience
- Experience in daily check deposits, cash application (checks, wires, credit cards, ACH), credit card processing, bank reconciliations, customer portal data entry/uploads, month end clearings, and Alphanumeric data entry
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- SAP experience preferred
- Work onsite in our Hayward, CA office. Must live locally. Hybrid schedule after two months.
