Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and execution of live sporting events, fan experiences, and entertainment activations
- Support sponsorship, partnership, and marketing initiatives, including research, outreach, and fulfillment
- Contribute to business operations projects such as ticketing, promotions, and revenue generation
- Gather and analyze fan engagement and digital media performance data
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to enhance the overall fan experience
- Support community relations programs, grassroots events, and brand appearances
- Provide general administrative and logistical support as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated interest or coursework in sports business, marketing, communications, or event management
- Familiarity with social media, CRM systems, or basic data analytics tools is a plus
- Availability on evenings, weekends, and game days as required
