Location: Lawrence, MA Corporate Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Remote (Wednesdays preferred in the Lawrence office)
Duration: 6-month contract

Position Overview

The Logistics Specialist I supports the Home Delivery team and plays a key role in ensuring timely resolution of delivery-related issues that directly impact patients and customers. This position is responsible for daily management and issue resolution within the central case region while collaborating closely with a team of six members. The role also provides coverage for PTO and absences and is cross-trained across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve delivery-related issues for the central case region.
• Support customer-facing processes to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Provide backup coverage for team members during PTO and sick days.
• Assist with SWAP orders, vacation orders, acute and critical care accounts, SNF operations, and High Touch reports.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and timely issue resolution.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and system navigation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
