Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Field Technician to support day-to-day IT operations across office and field environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and keeping systems running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS, connectivity, and peripheral issues
- Support user onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioning
- Assist with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, basic switching)
- Perform break/fix support, upgrades, and equipment deployments
- Maintain accurate ticketing documentation and inventory tracking
- Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or field technician roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems
- Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Dallas
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience with Mac OS support
- Familiarity with network infrastructure (switches, routers, cabling)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network
