Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

Serve as the primary liaison between the Charleston builder/developer and House Beautiful's editorial and marketing teams based in New York.
Own and maintain the master project plan, timelines, and supporting documentation to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule.
Track sponsor products, materials, and project assets throughout the lifecycle of the Whole Home project.
Coordinate weekly project meetings, document key decisions, and drive follow-up on action items.
Organize and maintain project resources, including sponsor information, floor plans, meeting notes, and other critical documents in shared Google Drive folders.
Communicate proactively with builders, designers, contractors, photographers, videographers, content creators, and internal stakeholders to ensure productions and shoots run smoothly.
Support on-site project needs, including conducting site visits and assisting with venue scouting when needed.
Capture detailed production notes, track editorial moments and sponsor integrations, and document room-by-room product details to support editorial, marketing, and content teams.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, editorial operations, event production, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, proactive approach to stakeholder management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple internal and external partners.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project documentation and tracking systems.
Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Slides.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience working with creative, editorial, production, design, construction, or events teams is a plus.
This is a fully remote temporary position.

The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Acting as a Liaison with builder/developer in Charleston and the marketing/editorial team based in New York
Manage and update master project doc and any additional ancillary docs
Manage product tracking
Join Weekly Calls and held tackle follow up from agenda items. 
Catalogue notes important documents in our shared google drive (sponsor products, call agendas, floorplans, etc.)
As needed: conduct site visits/meet with point people to scout event venues, etc.
Be in constant communication with builder, NY team, and content production crew so shoots can be executed
Ensure any sponsor asks and editorial moments are captured
Take notes on what is being said during interviews so we can source/shoot b-roll according to topics discussed
Maintain clear list and samples of what items designers use like fabrics/furniture/ appliances/hardware
Set up editorial/marketing team for success with detailed notes of what was shot each day, what is used in each room and how was used in the space (where applicable)
