What you'll do:
- Own flawless entry and maintenance of advertising orders, including WideOrbit (WO) workflows
- Assign copy instructions and provide quality control for local/national creative to meet FCC and Hearst standards before it airs
- Review and finalize daily commercial logs for broadcast television; coordinate manual changes with Management and Master Control
- Work closely with Digital Client Specialist to assign copy for digital video campaigns, assist with digital order entry and confirmation, track campaign pacing, and produce month-end delivery reports.
- Use available research tools to analyze data and develop compelling stories that reinforce the marketing power of our media platforms.
- Adhere to deadlines, keep stakeholders in sync, and communicate closely with Ad Ops (Charlotte, NC)
- Keep pristine copy instruction files and manage the monthly materials purge
- Develop sales proposals and presentations for Account Executives.
- Deliver whiteglove service to managers, teammates, and clients
What you bring:
- Solid computer/software skills; Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Proven success juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Fast learner with new systems; stellar written and verbal communication
- Highly organized, detaildriven, calm under pressure, and teamminded
- Pride in your work, responsive to direction, effective independently and in groups
- Bonus: Broadcast TV copy/traffic experience
