Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric SLP assessments and developmental evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding/oral-motor skills, and AAC
• Provide therapy for pediatric developmental delays, autism spectrum considerations, and related conditions
• Educate families and caregivers, including treatment planning, home programs, and progress communication
• Document findings and progress in the designated electronic medical record; utilize standard evaluation codes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and adapt plans as needed; may be asked to float within the hospital or to nearby sites per policy
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience
• Travel experience required; first-timers not accepted
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with EPIC or a comparable EMR system
• Experience with standardized assessment tools (e.g., PLS-4, CELF) and with autism/developmental delays
• Ability to work in an outpatient pediatric setting and follow clinic protocols; flexibility to float within the facility or to nearby sites as needed
