What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech-Language Pathologist position at Speech For Success, LLC?
We are seeking to hire a Full time CCC-SLP at our growing pediatric/adult clinic(s) in Everett, WA.
We currently need an SLP for 30 hours per week to provide evaluations and therapy services. We are seeking someone with experience working with children and adults, or a willingness to learn.
We would love our hires to have:
Knowledge of overall child development, with knowledge of the development of speech, language, social, feeding and cognitive skills.
Experience working with children and adults with a variety of medical diagnoses, complex health needs, and developmental delays/disorders
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge and application of evidenced based practices

Speech for Success is a growing clinic that provides a flexible work environment and balanced caseload numbers to support therapists in providing the best quality care for their patients. Speech for Success is Multidisciplinary, with Occupational Therapy on site at all locations. All clinics provide support in areas of AAC, Feeding, Neurodiversity Affirming approaches, and frequent Co-treatment with OTs.
