Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed respiratory therapies and medications per physician orders
• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators and related respiratory support devices; monitor patient response
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care for patients of all ages
• Document care accurately in the chart and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary care team
• Adhere to infection control practices, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes
  
  

Requirements

• Active Respiratory Therapist credential (RRT) or eligibility to practice in the United States
• Ability to work night shifts in an acute care setting; capable of caring for patients across the age spectrum
• Prior hospital or acute care respiratory therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and adapt to a new facility
• Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work within a multidisciplinary team
• References available and processed via email per program guidelines
