Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting following care plans and physician orders
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor for adverse effects and document administration accurately
• Monitor resident status, vital signs, and changes in condition; respond promptly and escalate as needed
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and support mobility, bathing, dressing, and hygiene as appropriate
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and with families as appropriate
  
  

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts
• Willingness to commit to an 8-week travel assignment
• Proficient in clinical documentation and medication administration
• Ability to work in a long-term care setting with geriatric residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
