Responsibilities

• Provide continuous airway management for patients
• Ventilator and non-invasive ventilator management and support
• Collaborate with physicians on respiratory care plans; CPR and all aspects of respiratory therapy
• Perform bedside assessments and adjust ventilator settings as ordered
• Operate and monitor equipment including ventilators (V60), Para Pac Transport Vent, PB 980, PB 840; utilize computerized charting and Pyxis systems
• Provide care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Hawaii State Respiratory Therapy license by start of assignment
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS required
• RRT certification preferred; NRP preferred
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Ability to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations
• Ability to work in an inpatient care environment
